SHOOTING/TRAINING AREA GUIDELINES

· Shooting area is closed for High School Games and any Event that may be affected by shooting area activity

· Adult supervision is required, either a coach or parent needs to

be present with any youth using the shooting area.

· HELMETS are REQUIRED to be worn in and around the shooting area at all times

· Pucks are to be provided by the user of the shooting area.

· Please show respect for others while you use the shooting area.

Do not harass people on the ice; show them the same respect that

you get with your ice time.

· Do not block the access to the player’s bench by stick handling. If you are waiting to use the shooting area please wait in the area just outside the shooting area without blocking the player’s bench access.

· Only one (1) person can be in the shooting area at one time.

· Shoot at the goal tarp only. Shooting and raising of the puck allowed only in fenced area.

· Please do not shoot towards bleachers, walls, or back of any boards.

· Pick up all pucks, broken sticks, balls, trash, and/or other debris when finished.

· The Moose Sherritt Ice Arena Staff reserves the right to close the area due to possible safety concerns, or interference with the safety and enjoyment of ice users and / or spectators.
